As of 1.4.2022, the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) will be changed . These new GTC can be accessed at https://www.futurnet.cz/archiv/smlouvy/FuturNET_VOP.pdf  The change to the GTC is primarily due to a change in related laws. Furthermore, the vast majority of services will be switched to prepaid services. We have decided to take this step mainly because with a prepaid service it is not necessary to draw up a contract for the service, which will save us a lot of unnecessary administration. If you do not agree with the new Terms and Conditions, you have the right to terminate the service without any penalty.

Currently, most services are invoiced as follows:
monthly billing - invoiced on the 1st of the month for the previous month
quarterly / semi-annual / annual billing - invoiced on the 1st day of the second month of the period (e.g. when billing for January - December, the invoice is issued on the 1st of February)

From 1.4.2022 the invoicing will be as follows:
monthly invoicing - on the 15th day of the month the invoice for the following month will be issued (e.g. on 15 April the invoice for May will be issued)
quarterly/semi-annual/annual invoicing - on the 15th of the month preceding the invoiced period, the invoice for the entire following period will be issued (e.g. 15 April for May - July for quarterly invoicing

The change in billing will be phased in for all customers from 1.4.2022. Due to the switch from back payments to prepayments, customers with monthly billing will be issued 3 invoices in one month (invoice for the previous, current and following month). In order to mitigate the impact of accumulating multiple payments, the due date for these invoices will be exceptionally set at 45 days. For customers with a billing period longer than one month, only the billing will be postponed. This is the most significant change with the new GTC. We apologize for any complications.

We would also like to inform you that as of 1 January 2022 there have been changes to the price list for internet services (mostly price increases). This price list will be valid for new connections as of 1.1.2022. When switching to prepaid services, the price for the previously activated service will be the price for that service valid as of 1.1.2022. This higher price will be compensated by a discount so that the final price remains the same as before. This will make the billing more transparent.
